An Electronic Transcript is a certified PDF delivered version of your transcript that is retrieved through a secure National Student Clearinghouse website. You may attach up to three documents to accompany your PDF Electronic Transcript request. Acceptable document formats to be uploaded include the following: doc, docx, pdf, jpg, jpeg.
Current students and former students who attended the College after 1990 can request an Electronic Transcript. Electronic Transcripts are not available to students who attended prior to 1990.
The National Student Clearinghouse charges a $3.90 processing fee for each Electronic Transcript requested. You will need a credit card to order a transcript. Your credit card will be charged once the transcript is processed.
Electronic transcript processing time is 3-5 business days. The College is closed on major holidays, so be sure to allow extra time for processing.
