Answer 10

Answer to Question #10:

The Correct Response is: YES

In spite of the special “code”, fellow students may be able to identify other aspects of the blue book such as the handwriting to identify a student from the class. In any event, each book is an education record of a particular student. FERPA recommends that graded material (i.e. assignments, papers, exams) should never be left out for “pick-up” but should be distributed by a school official (e.g. department secretary) under some type of supervision and only when proper identification is shown.
