Student representatives on official college committees such as the all college integrity board, judicial committee, and honors committee have the right to see other students’ education records during the deliberations of that committee/board as long as the College has publicly defined and designated such student representatives as “school officials” in the annual notification and as part of our College’s FERPA policy. TCNJ has defined such students as school officials with legitimate educational interest.
